Undu has combined three basic ingredients: sulphate of condroitina, hydrochlorate of glucosamina and olive dust extract, in addition to amino acids and vitamins that help to eliminate the annoyances in some people caused by these activities, i.e., lack of mobility or pain while moving certain limbs, or by some trauma derived from twists, sprains, or pulled or torn muscles.

You are going to mix these four things into one drink. You can make one regular size drink, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone. You just need to add enough water to taste. This means if you do a regular drink, you will drink water afterwards. Or, if you want to make a bigger drink like 24 ounces (two soda can sizes).
